your smile beams like sunshine
on a dove's wings
and the leaves dance and play
after you
take my hand and hold it
as you would a flower
be careful with my heart
oh darlin'
she's made of glass
what: the moving process. ugh. slowly but surely things are coming together beautifully. pink coffee table? why yes please.
song: torquoise by donovan as heard below.

who loves us
brecken of the chic life writes: i have to say, i am impressed. you do absolutely gorgeous work and i can tell that you put heart into it...
ah, well thanks brecken!
it turns out that we dig your stuff right back sugar britches!
just look at this "peacock" dresser!
i might want to marry it.
also in love with her "about me" in which she articulates rather perfectly what businesses like ours are about: i'm all about supporting the local first, not really down with the powerhouse corporate america.
who likes it. see more at www.the-chic-life.blogspot.com
on the same note, found this in my archive of bob dylan/joan baez photos:
protest against the rising tide of conformity.
paint a picture. write a song. hug a stranger. spread some love. and follow our blogs. happy tuesday kids.

the virginia table
one cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.
quote: virginia woolf from a room of one's own
for sale: the virginia table. shabby chic and shiny baby! small dining room table for four. $115. (sorry, sold)
might i suggest...a set of four creamy/golden chairs to go with this table? and perhaps a black chandelier? i'll have those items coming soon kids. patience is a virtue.
